Welcome!
We hope you find your visit here informational and inspirational. We know how daunting it can be to reach one’s fitness goals. Having successfully competed in Professional Bodybuilding, we can help you transform your body to prepare you for competitions, improve your overall health, or both.
If you have any questions or are curious about some of our philosophies or ideas, feel free to contact us for more information. We don’t think anything we do is “rocket science”… it’s just a matter of putting your nose to the grind stone and working like you’ve never worked before.

If you’re wondering what to do next, or how to get started…then that’s where I can help. But in order for me to help you, you must be 100% ready to help yourself. This means putting in the dedication and work required to be successful.
Contest preparation is about reaching personal goals, not necessarily to have fun. The 12 to 16 weeks you will spend on contest prep will be intense and is not something you should enter into lightly. Quitting should not be an option, as it would be a waste of your time and mine.
I trained these UFC/Pride Champions (Mark Kerr, Mark Coleman, Wes Sims, & Kevin Randleman), and I can also help you reach your goals! If you’re ready and want to know more, then contact me.
